To Mrs. Healey – I totally understand how difficult the anniversary thing can be. I lost my hubby unexpectedly at only 38 and he just had a B-Day in March. Many others to come every year; so hard.

I do have a really cool story…since I was left alone with 2 babies all I did was work, work, work. One night my friends paid the babysitter, picked out my clothes & said “you are coming out with us tonight”. We went to a small pub down the street. “Angel Eyes” was playing & I never heard it before. Everyone was dancing slow and the power went out. The entire crowd continued to dance and sing “Angel Eyes” at the top of their lungs till the power came back on – you had to be there; it was so amazingly cool & a favorite moment of mine forever!!

Jeff is my screen saver to remind me how lucky I am living with a difficult non-correctable vision disorder of my own. There’s not much I can’t do just like Jeff would never let anything get in his way but instead push him forward into the incredible and beyond. Such a great inspiration to me.
