As kids we all do terrible things that, as adults, we wish we could take back. I know I have a laundry list of such things that still haunt me to this day.

If we have the opportunity to apologize and/or make amends to those people then we certainly should. If that opportunity has passed, then we should do our best to become a better person and do better to people we might have otherwise denigrated.

You clearly regret your actions. Do something with that. It doesn’t have to be something grandiose. Just be kind to someone who needs it. It’s the little things that matter. And that makes this a better world.

Even as a child, he was convinced he would become a singer, I remember the white guitar His dad,”Bud” bought for him. As a kid I laughed at him, and tormented his sisters, today I wish I was a lot nicer to him, and Laura.

His movies, his songs were all nothing but the best, I wish I could take back all the bad I said and did. His anniversary will for ever be stuck in my head, ( we all lost him on a day I will never forget (my birthday March 2) one might call this payback.

We’re getting ready for a road trip and we’re picking out music, and included See the Light. I took a minute to check if anybody is doing Jeff’s music…found out yesterday, Feb. 2, that was the day of his passing. He is sincerely missed. He left a dark spot in the world of understanding. I am sadder, once again, when I dwell on his loss. God bless Jeff Healey.

I’ve been a fan of Jeff from when he came on the scene … I live in (on 🙂 ) Prince Edward Island … and got to see Jeff play in a bar in Charlottetown a number of years ago. I was no more than 20 feet away from him as he played … that was not my introduction to Jeff’s talent … What a thrill ! I’ve never played in a Band … but have had drum sticks in my hands for 60 years as a hobby … When I play at home … I play along with Head Phones … and my go-to CD is John Mayall & Friends … The Rhythm Section is Mick Fleetwood and John McVie … The first cut on that CD is “A World of Hurt” … featuring Guest Guitarist – Jeff Healey ! Needless to say … My workout gets a Royal start … Thanks for the Memories … !

I was lucky enough to see Jeff at university. He was an amazing guitarist and I loved his music. I even got to meet him after the concert. Very humble person.

My son is 30 years old and he is part of the future generation who adores Jeff often without having had the pleasure of seeing him live to appreciate his music and his style.
