I had always loved the song Angel eyes, but because of my hearing loss, I never heard his name. (I do have some hearing in my left ear). My Rodger passed away almost 2 years ago; he loved music. so, when I get on F/B I listen to music first. Then I saw the song, Jeff’s song, I started playing it every day along with a few others of his. I was saddened to read on his link that he passed away 3/2/08, in 4 days it will be 15 years. RIP Jeff, you were a beautiful man, singer, guitar player and soul.

When I told him I had a 82′ Squire and he tried it he said find me one! he loved it, and in 85′ I did. He over time had a few other Strat’s with Evans pickups in them. I use to make him trem bars, as he use to go nuts on them and break them, stomping on them. I use to jam with him at Branko’s on Bloor, when he had an open jam there.

It is so crazy. I miss him and his music. He passed just before my daughter was born. My daughter and I, listen to his music every week. He has inspired a young female vocalist.
